"I took my daughter in for a consultation and she left with braces! Every single person we interacted with, was absolutely wonderful. My daughter has severe anxiety when it comes to going into doctor offices or anything similar due to her past medical issues. However, Dr. Soni came over several times throughout the process to check in on her and kept reassuring her she was doing good. I love how they listened to my daughter and her concerns with her smile and they focused the treatment on the most important part to her. I would and will recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!! Please don't ever change!!!Update. She got her braces off today and her teeth are absolutely perfect!! We love Dr. Snipes and Dr. Soni! Also shout out to Kaylee, thank you for being so kind and thoughtful to my daughter and family. You are truly a blessing!!"
"I took my 12 year old granddaughter to Soni & Snipes to get an orthodonics evaluation. The staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Snipes put on her top braces after the evaluation. My granddaughter was thrilled, and I was so happy that they worked with us regarding the price since we didn’t have dental insurance. My granddaughter is the second generation that Dr. Snipes has treated. We highly recommend and are anxious to see the results!"
"Our family was traveling through the area when our daughter's permanent retainer wire came loose. As we were checking out of our rental ahead of another 7-hour drive, we were somewhat desperate to find help for her. I called Soni & Snipes, explained our situation, and they were able to squeeze us in for a quick repair shortly afterward, so that we could head further south without any further worries. The staff was so helpful and kind, and we really appreciated their going out of the way for our family in an emergency situation."

"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Soni and Snipes Orthodontics. I originally got my braces from Dr. Soni about nine years ago, and recently my permanent retainer started breaking. I called the office and they brought me right in and fixed everything for free.From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The office is welcoming, they even have fancy massage chairs while you wait, and every single person I interacted with was kind and professional. A special shoutout to Logan—she was cheerful, friendly, and truly made the whole visit enjoyable.It says a lot when a practice still takes care of you nearly a decade later. This is a place that genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!"

"Hi my name is Michele. I've been going to Dr Soni 10 plus years now ..at 1 point I had to put some work on hold for a while.Due to cancer. Dr Soni made sure to inform me that if I needed anything during that time that he would be there for me, which he was, when I return back three years later, after being released from the doctor we picked up where we left off. And that was because he made sure things would stay in place during my absence.When I was going to then have the work finished. I got Cancer for the 3rd they worked with me again .. The moral of my story is if you're looking for some Great people / Awesome( Orthodontics ) go see Dr Soni & Snipes they're best ."

"So so beyond helpful!When I was younger I went to Dr. Snipes.I stopped going to the Dentist for a couple of years, googled Snipes, and called to make an appointment.I had to reschedule a couple of times because of work.The people I spoke with over the phone were always kind and understanding.The day of my appointment I called to asked if I could go in earlier than my scheduled appointment time.Rebeca looked into the schedule availability and I got to come in a whole hour earlier than originally scheduled. So so kind!! This was around lunch time- they could have easily said no, but they did not. 🙌🏼Everyone at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.The office was clean and organized.I felt comfortable and excited to come in for my consultation.Vanessa got me checked in and had my paperwork ready to go.Liz was also so efficient. She got my pictures taken and communicated my concerns to the team.Dr. Snipes was not in and I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Soni. He is so kind! I feel listened to and am happy to have a place to go for when I need.I didn't catch everyone’s name, but everyone there made a beyond possitive impression.Highly recommend!!!!"

"Update from today’s visit…. I’m about half way through invisalign treatment. Saw Samantha today. I’ve never met her, but felt like I was visiting with an old friend. That is the difference in hometown treatment vs online or out of town docs.I was a day early due to my own error, but these ladies went to the trouble of seeing me today as their last patient, so I wouldn’t have to come back tomorrow.Love this place and these people.They don’t come any better than Jennifer Snyder. "I have nothing but great things to say about Soni and Snipes - Smile Doctors! The atmosphere is friendly. The staff are personable and one even went as far as to send a Get Well Soon card when I had to have surgery done on my wrist in November 2022. My technician that removed my braces, Britany, did her hardest to help me through making my impressions without spewing, as I have a high gag reflex. Britany had a trash can all set up in a private room in the event that I did barf so I wouldn't be embarrassed. She kept telling me to cross and uncross my legs then lift them in an attempt to take my mind off of the impressions being in my mouth... lol. It worked! (They offered to have them done digitally but I wanted them off sooner than the wait time for digital scans anticipated.) I had my braces for two years and couldn't be happier with the results. Can't wait to get married with a perfect smile!"
