"I took my daughter in for a consultation and she left with braces! Every single person we interacted with, was absolutely wonderful. My daughter has severe anxiety when it comes to going into doctor offices or anything similar due to her past medical issues. However, Dr. Soni came over several times throughout the process to check in on her and kept reassuring her she was doing good. I love how they listened to my daughter and her concerns with her smile and they focused the treatment on the most important part to her. I would and will recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!! Please don't ever change!!!Update. She got her braces off today and her teeth are absolutely perfect!! My granddaughter was thrilled, and I was so happy that they worked with us regarding the price since we didn’t have dental insurance. "Our family was traveling through the area when our daughter's permanent retainer wire came loose. As we were checking out of our rental ahead of another 7-hour drive, we were somewhat desperate to find help for her. I called Soni & Snipes, explained our situation, and they were able to squeeze us in for a quick repair shortly afterward, so that we could head further south without any further worries. The staff was so helpful and kind, and we really appreciated their going out of the way for our family in an emergency situation."

"I have used Dr. Soni for all 3 of my kids. When I was first told my oldest needed braces, we went to another orthodontist for a consultation. We were told they would have to pull teeth pretty much just because as well as my son would have to wear a crank. I brought him to Dr. Soni for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Dr. Soni say he never pulls teeth unless it's absolutely necessary, a crank was also something that was not necessary. Price wise, the other place would have been cheaper but my child would have had to went though unnecessary pain and had teeth pulled for no reason. Dr. Soni was the obvious choice and I have not been disappointed. I recommend Dr. Soni to everyone. Just yesterday I saw a young child getting bored while his mom was getting worked on. Dr. Soni noticed and immediately found something fun to keep the child occupied until his mom was finished. Aside from Dr. Soni, as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile from the lady's at the front desk. All of the clinicians are knowledgeable and so kind. You can tell every single person that works there truly loves their jobs and their patients."

My bite is great and my teeth are so straight.The Damon braces system worked wonders on my bite and the team and Smile Drs are very friendly. I've had a few questions along the way and they let me schedule extra time to discuss my concerns. They adjusted my treatment to fix some temporary issues and were very understanding when I wanted to double check some things I was concerned with. "Hi my name is Michele. I've been going to Dr Soni 10 plus years now ..at 1 point I had to put some work on hold for a while.Due to cancer. Dr Soni made sure to inform me that if I needed anything during that time that he would be there for me, which he was, when I return back three years later, after being released from the doctor we picked up where we left off. And that was because he made sure things would stay in place during my absence.When I was going to then have the work finished. I got Cancer for the 3rd they worked with me again .. The staff are personable and one even went as far as to send a Get Well Soon card when I had to have surgery done on my wrist in November 2022. My technician that removed my braces, Britany, did her hardest to help me through making my impressions without spewing, as I have a high gag reflex. Britany had a trash can all set up in a private room in the event that I did barf so I wouldn't be embarrassed. She kept telling me to cross and uncross my legs then lift them in an attempt to take my mind off of the impressions being in my mouth... lol. It worked! (They offered to have them done digitally but I wanted them off sooner than the wait time for digital scans anticipated.) I had my braces for two years and couldn't be happier with the results. "This braces journey has been a wild one! I noticed Monday night that Rylan’s gums were inflamed. I got in touch with Hannah Spain Brown who got us in the very next day💜 I thought he had some sort of infection but nope it was just this kids stubborn front tooth that was refusing to come through the gum line! They ended up using a laser to cut through most of the inflamed gum. They were able to attach a regular bracket to his stubborn frontRylan stood in front of the mirror this morning for a good 5 minutes staring at his mouth. He started tearing up and I asked him what was wrong. He said I’m not sad these are happy tears! I finally have a front tooth and feel normal. It gives me my self confidence back. "I began my braces journey as an adult. This worried me for a few different reasons (is it too late to fix my smile this way? Will I be able to achieve the results I’m looking for? Can my teeth even be fixed because of how horrible they look right now? Etc) but these were immediately dispelled. Upon my first visit, my questions were answered, I was given an estimated timeline for results based on which method I chose and how much movement my teeth world do between visits. I opted for the Damon braces. I had crossbite, overcrowding on my upper and lower teeth, and even some overlapping.The early part of having braces was all about the springs. Each visit I’d be asked if I needed more wax to aid in keeping my mouth comfortable. When I finally saw some movement, I became even more excited for what I would look like at the end. I was projected at about 1.5-2 years, so I had a ways to go. But slowly but surely, I could see the potential of what my smile would be one day.One week before 2 years I went in for my lower permanent retainer bonding. I knew from appointments I already had scheduled that I was at least 3 weeks away from removal. Imagine my surprise when Jenn mentioned to Dr. Soni that the spaces in my uppers we’re closed too. I asked if bonding both upper and lower was something that could be done in the same visit. But Jenn said typically the lowers come first. Then when the uppers are bonded at the next visit, then braces are completely removed.Once the lower was bonded, Dr. Soni casually walked by and asked Jenn, “hey Jenn do you want to go ahead and bond upper too?” She consented because the unanimous thought was that my teeth looked perfect and were ready. The question then became if my upper and lower are bonded with my retainer then when could my braces be removed. My question was immediately answered…today! Today would be the day!Before I could even fully process what was happening, Dr. Soni had already began removing the braces. Every moment of the removal process and the time spent in my braces was completely worth the moment I saw my new smile. It was better than I could have ever pictured, yet everything I hoped it would be.All the staff I encountered in each visit was kind, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I would recommend the capable team at Smile Doctors to everyone. In fact when the time comes, I’ll be bringing my children. The open environment where all the procedures take place is different but comforting compared to traditional single patient rooms that can add to anxieties. There was always popular music playing and almost never any waiting room time.Thanks Jenn and Dr. Soni! You have changed my smile and my life!"

"Dr. Soni is an excellent orthodontist. I brought all three of my nephews here to get braces, and they all absolutely loved their experiences.I researched Dr. Soni's credentials before coming here. He is a specialist in orthodontics; this sort of endeavor requires being one of the top 10 students of his class. We, the parents (uncle in my case), think that bed-side manner (Dr. Soni's is excellent, btw) is more important than the degree. However, intelligence and knowledge of the science behind orthodontics are extremely important. When my sister had braces done in Alpharetta by another orthodontist, her braces resulted in loss of bone around her teeth, and now dentists are saying that she may lose her teeth earlier as she ages. Please be careful when choosing your children's orthodontist and do some research on the orthodontists around your area. I highly recommend Dr. Soni."
